I'd like to tell you that the meeting where they sold us their spiel, and the reality of my father's admission two months ago, is completely different. All the services and amenities are reserved for every floor except the 4th. My father shares his small room with a colony of flies because the mosquito net has been broken for at least two months, the floor is sticky and dirty, and our requests are often met with, "Yes, yes, we'll take care of it." On top of that, they lost a pair of shoes and my father's favorite cap. In short, I'm very disappointed and extremely saddened to see my father reduced to this state with so little dignity.

Establishment whose service to residences is excellent

A great place for the elderly and people with reduced mobility.

The teams on every floor know what matters. The maintenance and repair teams are on duty! The food service team, with its cooks, attendants, and technicians, is also dedicated to meeting the residents' needs! Thank you!

It smells awful on certain floors, I hope I don't end up there. For me, it's a death trap.
