My mom has been here since February of this year and all I can say is wow! Amazing people from nurses to orderlies to personal care attendants, etc. Even the administration is great! Everyone is caring, knowledgeable, friendly, always willing to help and provide support. They have my full trust and confidence. The premises are clean, great activities and my mom loves the food. We were so blessed when a spot opened up and it was here. Thank you 🙏

I have no complaints, my mom is well treated and staff is amazing.

Best decision I made was le make the la rive the permanent home for my mother. The level of compassion and live they have for the residents surpassed all my expectations. In our worst moments they were there for us and comforting when we needed them. I didn’t meet one employee who has not helped me when I needed. They have become family to us as well . The way they have taken care of my mother is beyond amazing. Each and every one from nurses to the helpers have gone above and beyond to make my mother and us as well to be happy and with a smile of their faces. Khadija the chef nurse , always ready to listen to my censors and willing to find solution. They r never too busy to listen and to confort. There r so many of them to thank , maria the nurse, farine, Amel, the other maria is is our ray of sunshine , who will always make my mother smile and react. Zoha , alma, hilda and so many of them. Those amazing ladies make this place great. They work from their heart and they don’t spare any live to the residents. For us , u guys r superhero s

I live out of town and my father was in their care for several months. The patient hygiene was not well taken care of, this centre was laking a lot of compassion for the elderly as well as their family. He would be crying alot and in his last days he had to suffer needlessly which was just such a sad experience we will never forget. Do not send your loved ones to this centre.

Very bad experience at this centre with my father. I would definitely not recommend this establishment to anyone.
