CHSLD de Blainville

My mother, suffering from a odious illness that shattered her body and mind, ended her life in her final resting place, the Blainville CHSLD. The staff is simply exceptional. She was cared for, washed, fed, combed, and pampered with love, respect, and professionalism. For more than 5 years, everyone was attentive to her comfort. We were confident and reassured to know she was in such good hands. Hats off and thank you!

A wonderful place for both residents and families. The staff are dedicated and love their work. Our mother was able to spend her final days with dignity and compassion. Thank you to the entire team, you are angels!

Very disappointed, poorly trained and impatient staff with Alzheimer's patients, response times to users are far too long even if they pressed the emergency button (30 minutes) practically no response from evening managers regarding the health status of a loved one.

The staff are incredibly attentive to both the patient and the family. Thank you to the team for your dedication.

I wanted to mention that this facility is exemplary… my mother had a short stay, but we couldn't have asked for anything better during her final days. Nurse Julie and all the staff, from the doctor to the caregivers… they gave her love and pampered her as if she were their own mother. They showed great respect, dignity, and comfort to both the residents and the family. A huge thank you… we were impressed by your dedication and all the thoughtful touches. Our mother passed away happy. 😇🙏
