Chartwell Les Seigneuries du Carrefour

This morning, I accompanied my 86-year-old parents to visit this residence. A very warm welcome and a pleasant visit with Guylaine Lupin. My parents decided to add their names to the list. They will now have to wait their turn. It's not easy to leave your home, but I know they will be comfortable and safe. A warm RPA to discover!

Once again this evening, we enjoyed the traditional Christmas dinner for the residents of Seigneurie Chartwell. What more can we say about this delicious meal served by dedicated staff who truly care about our well-being? We also had the pleasure of meeting the Regional Director, Ms. Nathalie Carrier. Thank you all for your dedication and involvement, which make us feel so comfortable and, above all, so happy during this important stage of our lives. Happy Holidays to you all! 😍

It gives me so much pleasure today to take a moment to express our gratitude! Our mother Laurence Robidoux at 211 has been a resident with you since March 1, 2024. Let's just say her arrival was rather chaotic. Carole, Marc, and I are all grateful for all the services she was able to access. The RIAD program thanks to Alexandra's intervention, the management of her medical file by Dr. Nadeau thanks to Mélanie's intervention, all the good care from the Seigneurie care team. As the song says: Where is happiness? I firmly believe it is at the Seigneurie du Carrefour. Thank you again for everything.

I've been a resident of Seigneuries du Carrefour for six years. I really enjoy living here. I've made it "my home," and I want to stay here as long as I'm independent. I couldn't find a better place to meet my needs and tastes. And besides, our home is incredibly beautiful, both inside and out. I also appreciate the location of our residence for its access to the surrounding nature and the shopping center's amenities. I enjoy almost all the activities, and I take advantage of them. In fact, the varied physical exercises have particularly improved my health. I want to say a "huge thank you" to our director, Marie-Josée Frappier, to the members of the management team, and to all the staff because I often feel that you have our well-being and happiness at heart. And I feel good about the way it's run. I fit in well with the group of people who choose to come here, and because I like to do my part, I volunteer. I mentor newcomers, I make myself available to answer their questions, and I invite them to join me in activities so they quickly feel at home. I'm happy here; it's my "Corner of Heaven on Earth." My mother resided at La Seigneurie du Carrefour, part of Chartwell Residences, for over five years before passing away in December 2023. Selecting this company was the result of a meticulous search by the family to find the place that best met her needs. Fully independent upon her arrival, active and involved in several activities offered by the activities team, her health deteriorated, and we had to use the various services offered by the residence until she left for end-of-life palliative care. My mother received the highest quality services, both from the health department and other resources at her disposal. The management and staff were attentive to her needs. We were regularly informed of her progress, which greatly reduced our stress despite her illness. We highly recommend this retirement home because they provide unwavering support to both the residents and the family.
