4.6 / 5The experience was okay, nothing special, due to administrative issues. But for the past month, our washing machine has stopped working, and appliances are provided here, so we've been waiting for our washing machine for a month now, while in the basement, several others have been waiting to be installed for weeks. Laundry has to be done on the second floor with only one shared machine for ten or more tenants—very disappointing for apartments costing nearly $3,000 a month.
Excellent visit and a very warm welcome from Ms. Catherine Pagé, who took the time to show us the common areas and some of the apartments, in addition to answering all our questions. I would recommend this living environment to my mother without hesitation.

Excellent visit with Mr. Bergeron, dynamic and understanding of this clientele. Huge selection of very diverse activities. We loved it so much that my father is moving there after the holidays.
