My aunt is in this facility. I can't stay in her room for more than 30 minutes because it smells so bad, and the room is filthy. There's a bedbug infestation, and no one has notified us. I sat on her sofa without realizing it was full of bedbugs. The management claims they could not have notified me.

The staff are kind and caring, and the residence is safe. There haven't been any cases of Covid in two years. The cook is excellent and warm with the guests. It's like a second family.
