Résidence Marie-Victorin, Longueuil

This option was suggested for my aunt, and I think I'll pass on it given the comments.

I've never seen a residence with a phone that never answered a single call, and what's even sadder... no one ever returned calls, not even 5 or 6 messages... I've never seen anything like it, it's sad.

Mom is at this residence and I can't think of a better place for her. The admin staff are always accessible and the caregivers treat her with respect and dignity. She's very happy and this makes me happy. Thank you to the caregivers and admin staff for running a great facility

I am very satisfied with the answers I receive and the care provided. I really appreciate the attendants on the 2nd floor of Pavilion 1. I have always received a warm welcome and I thank you for that.

They never answer the phone, and the elderly people aren't washed or cleaned. My father is here, and frankly, it leaves much to be desired... and he's been wearing earplugs for two or three years. I've told them, and they do nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
