I wasn't sure what to expect when I contacted Bonjour Résidences. Geneviève D. Answered my questions and listened attentively to what I needed for my aunt. I began to get emails and phone calls almost immediately from residences that had accommodations meeting the needs of my aunt. We scheduled visits and found a new place with a week of my first communication. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent service they offered.

Roxanne at Bonjour Residences was very helpful in assisting my family with recommending several residences for our mother. It made our search much easier with her doing the leg work. From our first interaction with her, she was very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely customer oriented. She kept in touch with us till the end of the process.
