Résidence Bellagio et CHSLD Argyle Longueuil

A message of thanks to the Bellagio: My parents have been living at the Bellagio for six weeks now, and I visit them three to four times a week. With each visit, I see how well they are cared for. The staff is attentive, respectful, and deeply compassionate. The care they receive is professional, gentle, and empathetic. The administration is honest, transparent, and true to its commitments. You can feel that everything is done with love and respect for the residents. Thank you for providing them with such a warm and secure living environment.

Hello, my father, Mr. Clément Boulanger, lived on the 4th floor and he died on February 23rd. He received comfort care at the residence, even the family had a place at his bedside to be with him to accompany him in these last days. He received good care. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of him. We are very grateful.

My centenarian mother stayed at the Bellagio on the 3rd floor for care. The staff is very attentive. Special mention to Annie who is in charge of entertaining them. She is very attentive to the residents.

Food is cold for residents. They have no air conditioning. Treat family members horribly. Never answer the phone and when they do they never transfer to correct floor or they hang up. Very incompetent and should be closed down
