Horrible customer service. They refuse to speak English to the public and will hang up on you when you contact them. If you are seeking care for your non-francophone speaking loved one, best to avoid.

I came to visit for Mom and I almost ran away after walking around the small grounds and building, which was completely neglected and abandoned. 😔 It's disrespectful to the residents and families who already pay a lot for this living environment, and it's not welcoming to future visitors either... In short, for my Mom's dignity, she will never end her life there, even if she is well treated inside. 😌

Very disappointing residence. Difficult follow-up with the staff. Very difficult to obtain information regarding the care provided to my mother (almost nothing in the register). Frequency and quality of care are problematic. Employees have difficulty speaking French/English. Absent owners. And to top it all off, they charge a high price for the services offered. Believe me. Avoid!

Not much waiting time, but it can take more than 3 hours to get the results of a blood test.
