We wish to express our sincere gratitude to the Ste-Croix CHSLD in Marieville, and especially to the unit for people with cognitive impairments. Our father stayed there for a transitional period, and from the moment he arrived, we were deeply touched by the kindness, compassion, and professionalism of the entire team. The staff cared for him with respect, patience, and humanity. Thanks to their exceptional work, our father regained his smile. He felt safe, at peace, and surrounded by caring people who created a reassuring and dignified environment. This unit is simply remarkable. I received excellent care from all the staff, and especially from Josiane, who was my physiotherapist and the best in my opinion, and also Josiane, who was my occupational therapist and also the best. Thank you all.
