Great location in Westmount!

My experience with their day centre was extremely disappointing and concerning. While the staff initially appeared friendly, I encountered significant issues when seeking information about my father's treatment. Despite clearly stating that I did not consent to them discussing our case with external parties such as CLSC and Cummings social workers, they disregarded my wishes. I discovered they had been badmouthing me behind my back and making false statements about our interactions, which they denied until I inadvertently received an email intended only for social workers, containing disparaging remarks about me. Upon reviewing the CLSC files, I was appalled by the unprofessionalism and malicious gossip it contained. This behavior is completely unacceptable and not conducive to providing quality care. As a result of these unethical practices, I immediately withdrew my father from their facility and ceased all communication with them. I caution anyone considering their services to be aware of their disregard for confidentiality and their apparent willingness to misrepresent interactions with family members.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care provided by the staff at St-Margaret. The facility is impeccably maintained, providing a comfortable and homely atmosphere for residents. The dedication and professionalism of the staff are truly commendable. They go above and beyond to ensure the well-being and comfort of every resident, treating them with the utmost dignity and respect. I have peace of mind knowing that my loved one is in such capable and caring hands. Thank you to everyone at St-Margaret for their exceptional service and dedication to providing quality care.

St Margaret's is wonderful , the staff is all very nice and professional. They have a seniors club every Tuesday and Thursday where the seniors interact , play games and they serve snacks. The facility is very well run and clean . I would recommend it highly but there is a waiting list. It's located in westmount off of St Catherine and hillside. The 90 and 63 will drop you on hillside with a 3 minute walk

It is rare to find a center with staff like that at St. Margret's Home. The people that work here are very caring that will go the extra mile to make sure the residents are comfortable and taken care of to the best of their ability. The center itself, is clean and well take care of and the facilities seem quite adequate and welcoming for the residents. There are also numerous activities planned throughout the week for the residents as well.
