5 stars for the mental health service for panic during my first surgery. Thank you to the psychiatrist who was able to calm me down, listen to me, and understand me. Thank you.

In the P4 ward for my son who has the flu, we've been waiting for 5.5 hours. There are 10 people in the ER waiting room and they're letting P5 patients through before P4 patients! I never go to the ER, but our doctor wasn't available and my child's condition is worsening, so we had no choice but to act. When I wanted to speak to a nurse to have him reassessed, there was someone in the office for 40 minutes and then they went to dinner between 4:15 and 5:15 pm. It's ridiculous.

The worst hospital I've ever had the misfortune to experience in my life. The waiting times are outrageous—three hours in an empty room, and we had to leave without seeing a doctor. Not a single person ahead of us, and they were unable to see anyone. It's absolutely ridiculous. If you're not on your deathbed, don't even bother showing up. Wait until you're practically dead, and maybe then you'll finally see a doctor.

I had to take my son to the hospital during our stay in Percé because he fractured his arm. The service from all the staff was fantastic, from reception to the emergency room, radiology, and orthopedics. A solid 100%! Thank you for your professionalism and your gentleness with my little one.

For genuine emergencies, everything is quick and efficient. The staff is dedicated and competent. If fewer people went there for minor ailments, the wait would be shorter. The CLSC (local community health center) should be open in the evenings, and so should the pharmacies. Furthermore, there should be at least two doctors on call in the emergency room.
