My mother was just transferred to the COVID-19 ward here after testing positive. The staff followed up with me the day of her transfer, again the next day, and I was able to speak with my mother on the phone today. Thank you for the follow-up. The family appreciates it.
It's a little disorganized not much help. Not always clean. The furniture look nothing like the pictures. Low staff. Never answer the phones!
A nice center
My great-grandfather (born in 1991), my great-grandmother (born in 2009), and my aunts (born in 2010) all went to this center. They were treated perfectly. I highly recommend this center.
