3.8 / 5The staff are exceptional, dedicated, and attentive; they take care of my mother with all the necessary respect and care. I am grateful for their commitment and work.
Since June 2025, our mother has experienced a loss of independence, and we are deeply concerned by the glaring lack of care and hygiene, coupled with unacceptable response times from staff and the doctor. We do not recommend this facility, which appears to be completely unresponsive to the basic needs of its residents and their families.
If I could have given zero stars, I would have! There are several problems in this facility... The staff lack professionalism... I could write a whole chapter about it!
