CHSLD de Mont-Tremblant

I am writing this from my hubby's account as I don't have one. They are a wonderful, dedicated, friendly and soulful staff. My father is so happy there. These beautiful people who care for our elders are priceless. The staff endure so many challenges, deal with the end-of-life that most could never deal with. They give so much; they have so much love. I am so thankful for taking care of my father when I no longer had the capacity to take care of him in the exact way he requires and deserves. There is this gorgoeus team of people who help each patient individually: Personal care preposés, administration, kitchen staff, maintenance team, activities director, physiotherapist, nursing, doctors. My father is still very much alive and well because of everyone there. I am and will forever be grateful for their dedication to a very specialized line of work. Please understand that we, the family also absolutely needs to be actively involved. It is still 'our' job to make sure that everyone is still supported - our loved ones and the people that now care for them.

The staff are friendly, professional and dedicated.

The attendants are so terrible! It's sad to know that such incompetent attendants are "taking care" of our elders! Pathetic, truly pathetic! Shame on this long-term care facility!

The attendants are dedicated and kind. It's sad to see the organization (supervision). When there are no attendants, they are not replaced most of the time! The food is very average. No more small towels, so they use washcloths (very worn) to wipe them. The night my mother died, there weren't even any in the entire establishment. Everyone does their own thing, and there's no improvement! I don't recommend this place because there's a serious lack of supervision and coordination!!!

My father has been here since September 2019, he loves this place, they take good care of him and the staff are dedicated.
