Staff is incredible here. Wait times are reasonable. Parking is (usually) available for free or on the street. Free WiFi in the waiting room. Reception, nurses and doctors are caring and professional. An example for other small hospitals in Quebec and Canada.

Did not feel like a Canadian hospital. Waited 6 hours after seeing the doctor, waiting for prescription. No other patients were in the waiting room. Staff were not helpful or accommodating. Go somewhere else if its not life threatening.

Unless your having serious heart problems or difficulty breathing, you better be prepared to spend a minimum of 8 hours waiting to see a doctor. Most of the people in the waiting room including myself, have still not seen a doctor after being here for 12+ hours. They also don’t give you any useful information when you ask the questions.

When it's a real emergency, you get 5 star treatment. Of course, if it's not an emergency, the wait is long. This hospital saved my husbands life last week.

Best kept secret in the Townships! Efficient systems, caring, courteous staff. Please share your methodology with La Providence, rather than adopting theirs, especially in emergency!
