Hôtel-Dieu de Saint-Hyacinthe Sometimes, we hear difficult stories about senior living facilities. For our father, who has been living on Unit 2 of Moisson for a few months, it's quite the opposite. The day staff, especially the regular caregivers, are simply extraordinary. Catherine, Cécile, Elodie, and everyone else. They care for all the residents with compassion and dignity. They are attentive to every detail and genuinely care about the well-being of each patient. You can see that they give their all and love what they do. We sincerely congratulate them on their excellent work, as well as the entire team at Hôtel-Dieu. It's clear that the facility makes thoughtful choices in hiring its staff, and this is reflected in the quality of care our father receives.

Yesterday, my mother was admitted, and I can see a difference. The nurses are very dedicated and attentive to the residents' needs. The place is very clean, and I feel good leaving my mother there. Thank you.

My mother was admitted to this long-term care facility (CHSLD) eight months ago. She had previously been in a long-term care facility and a seniors' residence (RI) in another region, and the quality of care she received was nothing like what she experienced at Hôtel-Dieu. My family and I are impressed by the quality of care provided by the entire team on the Marché unit (doctor, nurses, registered practical nurses, personal care attendants, and service aides), and by the exceptional kindness and compassion of the staff. My friend took me here as she was impressed with the service her mother in law was given. Treated very well she said. But she was also impressed by the building itself as its very old & was originally run my the church. So she wanted to show me their very impressive church they have inside. Very historical. Of course the art work was beautiful. But I loved how the hallways was made larger to be able to accommodate wheelchairs & even beds.

I was in readaptation at Hotel Dieu for 4 months. And last year I stayed 2 months. But this last experience was memorable. It was great. The food is good but the staff is amazing! They are some of the kindest people I ever met. You can see that they want to help people and theyre always friendly. Now that I'm home, honestly I miss them. If you, a family member or friend needs it, if they can get there, they won't regret it. I wish I could stay longer
