The staff are very nice but the place is very depressing.

A very good place for rehabilitation. All the staff, day and night, are wonderful, especially those in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and the gym. The people are fantastic, and the food is very good. I loved my stay at the CIUSSS residential center.

My father is staying at the Cooke Hospital residence. We are very satisfied with the services provided by the attendants on B1. The staff takes excellent care of him. It's reassuring to know my father is in good hands. Thank you to all the staff.

I 👍 with Claudia poor hygeine nursing home some residents have not brushed their teeth or washed themselves for 14 days a lot of them have Alzeimers disease and type 2 diabetes 🤔 😕 lack of generosity and human rights from the social services from the federal government. It's very noticeable we don't ask by observation.

For basic needs only (a roof over your head, hygiene, food) If that's what you want, this is the ideal place. There's a huge lack of diverse staff, a serious lack of stimulation/occupations and support for residents. The people housed there don't live; they survive until life takes them away 😔
