While visiting a family member, I witnessed an unacceptable behavior from the center's director toward an employee. Perhaps she was right to be angry; the situation doesn't tell me. One thing is certain: never, ever is it acceptable to speak to an employee this way in front of people. In front of employees, residents, and visitors alike. If she treats employees this way, I dare say the elderly must not receive any more respect from her. If it had happened at any other level, I would have filed a complaint because it's unacceptable to treat people this way in front of everyone. But I can't go to the director to file a complaint against her. For this type of attitude, I do not recommend this center! Humanity comes first.

The two stars go to the nursing staff who are very dedicated, and the place is very clean. The food is amazing, and the owner should be ashamed to have a manager like them! If she's capable of being disrespectful when speaking to her employees in the middle of the hallway, it says a lot about her. Respect has its place, especially in front of others!
