Customer service is very poorly organized.

I do not recommend. So many reasons, but in summary: My father’s diabetes was out of control for months, only since he arrived funny enough, and his insulin levels were never addressed with the doctor. Staff is very snarky, night attendant is “bothered” to change diapers, serve sugar snacks to diabetics, and lastly… my father was having a stroke in front of their eyes and none of them seemed to pay attention, nor did they pay attention to me when I said something was wrong with him. They convinced me not to send him to the hospital….so many details happened inbetween… but luckily the next morning I listed to my gut, went to check on him and sure enough I knew (while 2 Preposées were just staring at him while changing his diaper) they were taking their sweet time to call the ambulance, I had enough and I called. I spoke to the owner to bring this terrible situation to his attention and what a class act! Unprofessional, not taking responsibility, not listening at all to what I had to say, it was truly terrible and I would never recommend. This place is such a pathetic joke

Room looks nice. Since it's still new with a/c and bathroom. My dad just got here for IR . Won't be staying long .

My Father is there , that's where they sent him . My dad is diabetic and they give him cookies and juices, unbelievable.
