No staff to provide care for the residents of the residence. Unfortunately, I don't have the director's name, but he's a complete incompetent.

Simply do not go. They do not take care about their residents. My grand mother has alzheimers and they let her sleep until noon, they dont wake her up for breakfast. Thankfully my grand father goes for lunch to wake her up and walk her to the eating area for lunch if not she wouldnt eat until dinner. Her feet are always very dirty they cleary do not wash her twice a day with a wet towel as instructed in the services shes supposed to get. The staff is not well trained for people with cognitive decline, 3 people were recently able to leave the unit and 1 of them was not found until 2 days later. Again, if you have a loved one with cognitive decline simply go elsewhere to avoid the disappointment and stress.

Poor quality services. They try to reassure residents with emergency bracelets, but the staff don't know which resident is calling or in which room. Completely unsafe; after eight alarms, no staff had come.

A member of my family lives in this residence. When we visited and signed the lease, the staff were incredibly kind. But when it came time to move in, oops! The manager's kindness changed dramatically, revealing his impatience. We felt like we were bothering them. Very disappointing...
