I like the atmosphere

Zero stars is not possible: My grandmother was transferred to this facility, not by choice. She is often left without access to her walker by the orderlies, and there is no call bell in the living room to call for help when she needs it. Neglect and indifference are the norm in this place. The default response there is "we're not paid to do that," so elderly people fall because they don't have their walkers, and the orderlies aren't paid to ensure they can move around safely. We hope she will be transferred before she dies from their negligence. Never place a loved one in this facility. If you are not 100% independent, don't go there!!!!

The service has been inefficient ever since they started receiving government patients. The food is terrible.

Mes parents demeure a cette résidence depuis 2 ans. Ils sont très heureux. Personnel souriant et dévoué. Nouriture très bon et endroit sécuritaire. BRAVO
