3.2 / 5My first time visiting at the endoscopy department and I must say I was impressed. The staff was kind, and everything went on well and quick. Dr Grégoire did a great job and I'm grateful.
I’ll give them one start because there’s no option for anything way below that. I went to this hospital on the 25th of September, today. Because, unfortunately on the clic santé website there was no appointment available around Montreal that was for free. Spending driving time of 2 hours. Once at the hospital, they didn’t even know where is my appointment and I had to make a hospital card too. I wasn’t aware of that! I was told 10 different things from 10 different people. “ For your exam you have to go at the arc level” I went there. There they said “you have to get back down “ where I came from. Then they said “well, you have to wait until 8am because there’s nobody here now, DÉSOLÉ “ I was at the hospital around 6:30 am!! So, instead of get my exam done for about 10 minutes I spent 4 hours of figuring out how and where to do it because even the people working there are not aware of that!! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ It’s a total absurd and waste of time!! The experience was totally horrible!! I hope I’ll never have to come back here for anything again!!
So far worst hospital ever. My son got rushed by ambulance because he dislocated and fractured his knee. Sent me home with a brace and no pain killers told me only tylenol and come back in the morning. So I come back clerk super rude. They don't have a card maker, so I had to leave go to another floor and get one come back and they lost the file. Meanwhile my son hasn't eaten since super the night before. Been here an hour already. With nothing. He isn't aloud to eat or drink. Clerk tells me that's what is hospital. Sorry but I worked in a hospital for 14 years and continue to do so but losing a file is just unacceptable. He is 12 years old. I should have told the ambulance to take to Montréal.
They wasted 3 days of my life before telling me I had some sort of bacteria in my blood they could not identify then simply send me back home saying I should ask my own Doctor to continue the research as they needed the room !!!! Doctors and nurses are GREATLY incompetent and I almost forgot... watch the meds they give you, twice they tried giving me someone else's pills. It's really too bad the medical profession is so well protected by a no fault law in Quebec, best to be sick in an other province than in a corrupt place like this !
I wish I could give them less than one star. Absolute worst hospital in Quebec. Rude, unmotivated, and incompetent staff. The auxiliary nurse was impatient with my one year old because it was too difficult to take his pressure and ended up saying never mind, not taking it, because it was « useless anyways ». The nurse then disregarded the health of a wheezing, vomiting baby with fever and said to go home because it was probably an infection or virus. Left us with a pamphlet for our apparently « healthy and happy baby » . This is not the first horrible experience we’ve had, but it will be our last.
